Orders

What is the minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value.

From what amount is delivery free?
Shipping is free for purchases of €30 or more, for mainland Portugal and the islands.

I live on one of the national islands. Do you deliver outside mainland Portugal?
Yes, we deliver to the archipelagos of the Azores and Madeira, with an estimated delivery time of 15 days, except in cases beyond atCosmetics' control.

Do you ship outside of Portugal?
At the moment, we only ship to mainland Portugal and the Madeira and Azores archipelagos.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders under €30 – Shipping: €3.90
Orders of €30 or more – FREE SHIPPING

Islands: Madeira and Azores – Sea Freight
Orders under €30 – Shipping: €6.40
Orders of €40 or more – FREE SHIPPING

Can I collect my order from a physical store?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.

What is the delivery time?

Mainland Portugal – After payment confirmation, delivery will be made within three (3) working days (except for occasional exceptions).

Islands – Sea Freight – After payment confirmation, delivery will be made within 15 working days (except for occasional exceptions).

Which courier do you use?
We currently work with CTT.

Can I place an order via email or phone?
We only accept orders through our online store at www.atcosmetics.pt.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is completed and payment confirmed, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow the delivery through the CTT website: https://www.ctt.pt/feapl_2/app/open/objectSearch/objectSearch.jspx?request_locale=pt

Note: The tracking number will only become active once the parcel has been collected by the courier.

Can I change the delivery address after completing my order?
Yes, but only if the order has not yet been collected by the courier. Please contact us by email at lojaonline@atcosmetics.pt.

Can I change my order?
You can modify your order and shipping address under the “Orders” section before completing the checkout process. Once the order is confirmed, no changes can be made.

Can I have my items gift-wrapped?
Yes, just let us know which products you'd like to have wrapped before completing your order.

Can I send the order as a gift to a different address?
Yes, but you must add the new delivery address before completing the order.

RETURNS

Can I return any type of product? How do I return it?

For safety and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns of makeup products. We only accept returns of products in their original condition, complete (packaging, accessories, manual, etc.), in good condition and sealed.

To return an item, please send an email to lojaonline@atcosmetics.pt within five (5) days, including your order number and the reason for the return.

What do I need to return a product?
It is mandatory to provide the purchase receipt or invoice.

How long do I have to return a product?
Once the return is approved via email, the return must be completed within 14 days.

How and when will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, we will issue a refund via bank transfer. You will need to send us your IBAN via email.

I received the wrong product. What should I do?
If you received an item that you did not order, please email us at lojaonline@atcosmetics.pt with your order number and details of the incorrect product.

Do I have to pay for reshipping?
atCosmetics will cover the cost of a second delivery if the issue was caused by our system or by CTT.

We are not responsible for additional shipping costs if the original delivery failed due to an incorrect address or if the order was returned to sender for not being collected.

How can I request an invoice?
An invoice is always sent with your order, listed under “Final Consumer”. If you need it issued with a tax number (NIF), please make sure to enter it in the designated field during checkout.

ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION

Where can I update my personal information (email, address, password)?
You can update your details in the ACCOUNT section, located at the top right corner of the website.

Can I have a billing address that is different from the shipping address?
Yes, simply fill in the relevant fields in your account and select the appropriate address type.

OTHER QUESTIONS

Do you have physical shops?
Yes, we have a store located in Sintra. You can check the address [here].

How can I receive free samples?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free products or samples. Free samples are only available in our physical stores, subject to availability.

However, we regularly run giveaways on Facebook and Instagram, with our latest products as prizes.

I have a voucher. How can I use it?
Simply enter the code in the Promotional Voucher field before completing your order.

Note: Vouchers cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions and may have an expiry date.
